Kerri eyed his dripping finger before glancing away quickly. She
couldn't look at that. It wasn't as though she was afraid of the sight of the
blood, but just the opposite. The sight of it would cause her to grow hungry
for something she didn't want to take.
Absently she
tugged at the long strands of her hair, playing with it before brushing it out
of the way.
The only thing she
had said in response to his answer was "Alright...” and nothing more. She
really couldn't think of anything to say.
Alec had seen the
hunger flash over her eyes for a second and the smile from his face faded. She
was a vampire after all, but he didn't care for he had been taught that race
didn’t matter.
His eyes were upon
her as he kept his distance for he was unsure of what she wanted to do. His
tongue shot outwards, flicking across his dry lips and then he stared down at
the ground as he spoke, "So...what do you want to do? Preferably something
to do with sitting? Hehe...”
Kerri had sensed
the change in his attitude and she looked upward to him, her burgundy gaze
studying his features. A light laugh erupted from her as she basically figured
out what was going through his mind without prying and she shook her head
slightly.
Kerri actually
hated to take blood from a person, deeming it wrong and just not...appealing.
She much rather get it from certain animals and only when it was truly
necessary.
She smiled,
speaking quietly and sweetly, "Anything you wish to do...”
Her dark eyes
twinkled some as she stared upward to him. Kerri still hadn't moved from her
original position upon the rug and she mostly likely going to remain there for
as long as possible. Perhaps even the rest of the night.
Alec fiddled with
his bandaged finger for a few moments and then tightened it constricting it
more than it already was.
His head lifted
back up he look at Kerri's beauty wondering how he got to be with someone like
this...someone who has already swept him off of his feet.
One step forward
and he was one step closer. He scanned her from head to toe then stepped right
up to her placing both of his hands on her hips, leaning his head forward,
"Well... I don't want to make you do anything you don’t want to do."
As he said this he brushed his lips against hers softly implying to some extent
what he wanted.
Little tremors of
anticipation shot down her spine as he placed his hands upon Kerri’s hips. Her
body swayed some in his direction as if it had a mind of its own and she smiled
as his words reached her ears.
When his lips
lightly brushed over her crimson tinted ones she leaned forward just a bit,
causing them to come in full contact. Still she hadn't said a word in reply to
his comment, only actions. And to her, actions spoke much louder than words.
As her lips
pressed unexpectedly against his Alec’s eyes closed. The touch hadn’t been
anticipated but at the same time he wasn’t about to begin complaining.
His mouth opened slightly and into hers his tongue slipped, moving to
gently caress the top of it. To the small of her back his hands moved, pulling
her against him. Alec didn’t want this to end.
Almost hesitantly
Kerri’s arms snaked up around Alec’s neck, encircling it. Even though she was
of average height he still towered over her by over half a foot.
Her lips parted some in something like a sigh but that little bit of
space allowed his tongue to invade her mouth. Her own slid about upon the
invasion, gently touching the other and then pulling away; almost as though it
where playing a game of tag.
Kerri's fingers tangled themselves in the dark locks of hair as she
rose on her tiptoes, bringing herself up closer to him.
Alec’s neck bent
forward, followed by the rest of his body, so that Kerri wouldn't have to
struggle much.
Work-worn hands worked down south, the tips of his fingers running over
the curvature of her ass. His hand was
brought down past it then lifted upwards, raising her off the ground.
For a split second the kiss was broken and he asked, "You want to
just stand here or go somewhere more comfortable?"
Kerri had relaxed
against him when he broke the kiss, blinking as she looked up to him.
Her heart was pounding just from that and she was sure he could feel
it.
It wasn't like she hadn't kissed anyone before. Sure she had, but never
anything more and never had it had quite this reaction on her before.
For a moment she just looked up to him, contemplating the options. So
many possibilities floated through her mind at that point and she wasn't sure
of to do, what road to take. Finally she smiled; a warm, soft smile.
"How about someplace more comfortable...?" she said
quietly. It was more of a statement
than a question when it slipped from her.
Alec regulated his
breathing with ease but Good Night! Not only was she the most beautiful thing
he'd ever kissed but she good at it.
He waited patiently as he listened to Kerri speak. The question puzzled
him and his head tilted to the right side. "Well, you point the way...
It’s your place, not mine."
Alec brought his lips back against hers as he says somewhat muffled,
"While you are thinking..." He trailed off hoping she would get what
he meant.
Kerri's arms had
tightened some around his neck as she kissed him back, but soon she pulled
away. "While I was thinking...?"
Her arms slid from around his neck as she turned in his arms, leaning
her back against him briefly before heading the way. Even though Kerri
portrayed calmness on the outside, inside she was quaking, unsure of what she
was getting herself into.
