| I look at you sitting there And know that all's not lost, Because I know you care for me, My friend, my friend. I'm not very good with friendships, In case you didn't know, I never mean to hurt you My friend, my friend. Invariably I will though, So I'm writing this to say, I'm sorry for causing you distress, My friend, my friend. As well as saying sorry I want to thank-you too, For everything you've gone and do And just for being you. You look at me and smile And I know things will be OK, You come over to me and hug me, And I know I'll get through the day. Friends are special people The family you choose, And you mean such a lot to me My friend I never want to lose. Just rememebr one thing I'm always here for you Because a friendship is a two-sided thing, And I am your friend too. |
