Contract
Widener SafeZones Contract
To become an official member a contract must be signed. The purpose of the contract is to eliminate those who would join SafeZones for purposes that are contrary to the goals of the program. The Widener LGBSU recognizes that there are those who do not support this organization and would like to establish a “live let live” policy with them. The contract ensures that the only people in the program are those who are committed to its success. The contract states the following:
By signing the Widener SafeZones Contract I commit to:
1. Upholding all of the goals set by the SafeZones Program.
2. Always being compassionate, nonjudgmental and supportive when advising someone in need.
3. Keeping the absolute confidentiality of those who seek help from SafeZones.
4. Providing support only when requested or necessary.
