Bonus Report by Michael Lovett

Thrills Turn To Thrills

Teenage Collingwood star Peter Daicos was looking forward to the thrill of a lifetime last weekend.
Daicos was selected to represent Victoria against Western Australia. However, an ankle injury ruled him out.

But he made up for his disappointment with a classy display against Carlton at Princes Park yesterday.
His seven goals more than made up for last week's disappointment.

"I was hoping they would call the match off so I could play for Victoria", Daicos said referring to the strike-interrupted game.

Daicos' teammate Mark Williams, who made the trip to Perth, was also in great touch yesterday.
The former Port Adelaide centre is hoping his good luck will rub off on the Magpies.
"I was at Port Adelaide for two years. We won the flag both times", Williams said.
