Delia W. Baldwin, 84, passed away on November 1, 2003. She will be remembered as a phenomenal woman with a passion for living life to its fullest and making countless friends along the way, both at work and in her community. Her smile and saludos to anyone she would meet reflected a personality that was boundless, much like the love she had for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. The memories she leaves for all who knew her can only be reflected in one way, with a smile ... because when we think of Delia and her personality and character, all we can do is smile. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddie A. Baldwin.
