Silver Plate Items.....
 
Items pictured on this page are vaseline glass with silver plate holders.

Vaseline acid etched four bottle castor set in silver plate holder.

The maker of the bottles is unknown.

The frame, made by Tufts circa the 1880s, is shaped like a table with a tablecloth draped over the top.

For obvious reasons, this is one of my favorite pieces.

 
Pickle Caster with Vaseline insert.

The glass insert is the Lattice and Thumbprint pattern (#796), made by Central Glass circa 1880s.

The silver plate frame is unmarked; maker unknown.

The glass insert is the Pressed Diamond pattern, made by Central Glass circa 1886.

The silver plate holder was badly damaged with several parts broken off when purchased.  It has been restored and re-plated, although its condition is not original.  The maker is unknown.

 
Berry set consisting of a master bowl in a silver plate holder, and six matching berry bowls.

The bowls are Vaseline glass in the Daisy & Button pattern, made by (?) in the late 1800s.
