Here I am again-me, myself, and I;
Accompanied by failures, tears, and whys.
They haven't turned out the way I thought they would
They're really regretting not being all they should.
I don't see any future for them; their will
seems to have finally given way,
To just existing on "another plane"
as the world speeds by from day to day,
They know what changes need to be,
but there seems no need to try;
Why plan? What goal can they see?
When there's only me, myself, and I?
[Lord please take this from me]
Poem by Everlene DeMarco
Child,
I have taken this from you, You see I love you, I will always love you.
I am holding your right hand!
(Psalm 73:23)
I will guide you with My wisdom and counsel and afterwards
I will receive you into the glories of heaven.
(Psalm 73:24)
When your health fails and your spirit droops, I will remain!
I am the strength of your heart.
I am yours forever!
Your Father
