School Days

 

Willard played bass drum in the Elbow School Band.
Willard graduated from Smith County High School in 1948.  While attending high school, he was active in FFA all four years.  He attended the FFA Convention in Kansas City, MO in 1949 where he was awarded the American Farmer Degree.

Naomi was Valedictorian of the Difficult School 1944 8th grade graduating class.

She loved playing basketball and in 1944 made the All Tournament Team.
