Is it Wine yet?

We at the Stoney Creek Vineyard heartily welcome you and hope that you will visit our vineyard and winery in the future.  We have just begun this enterprise by planting our first vines this Spring.  The winery building has been completed  and will be in limited test production this Fall.     Although it will be 2007 before we will be in full production, we will be busy planting and caring for the vines, as well as producing small quantities of red and white wines to test the equipment and train the staff.  This wine will not be for sale to the public until 2007, but we plan to have special invitational tastings of these early products from time to time.      Once in full production we expect to offer reserve production of the following varietals: Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Traminette, and Vidal Blanc.  We hope to see you in 2007 to sample these wines.      Again, thanks for stopping by our website.
