Ownership: Government of  the Netherlands Antilles

Built in 1916 - 1918 by Morris Cardoze for H. Da Costa Gomez. Detached premises, consisting of a main building with two wings on either side of a patio at the rear, closed off by a room at the back.

The front facade is formed by an open gallery on pillars surmounted by an imitation terrace and a mock facade at the rear of the terrace. The gallery has four central pillars with fantastic Corinthian capitals.

The mansion has as nickname "Bruidstaart" (Wedding Cake)
