WILL HOGE -- Opening for the Jennifer Nettles Band tonight is up-and-coming songwriter/band leader Will Hoge, who'd make Elvis Costello jealous with the Nashville twang of his sophisticated soul-rock, and Jakob Dylan jealous with the Elvis Costello swagger of his Dylan/Springsteen/Petty roots rock.
