Having problems with you computer or have questions about the Internet or technology in general, well you've come to the right place.  You can e-mail me your questions and I'll put answers right here.

Question. My aunt was given a Digital Venturis 486/66 PC by the company she works for so she can correspond with those she works with while she is on extended partial leave.  The PC has an 850 MB hard drive and 32MB of RAM.  Windows 95 and Office 97 are installed and will work well for what she will need to do on the PC.  (Word processing spreadsheets and basic e-mailing).   Though searching through local computer stores, and online I managed to find an ISA Hardware based 56 K Modem.  I have tried removing every screw I can find on the outside of the case, I can't get the case of the computer to come apart so I can install the modem.  Do you know something about this PC that I don't about how to get the case to open up to show the internal parts?
