Camelot

As I sit on the cliff top
And look out to sea
I hear voices in the air
Calling out to me
Is that the sound of horses
Galloping through the air
Or is it distant thunder
It isn’t really clear
The clouds roll by so silently
There’s a stillness to the night
I’m sure I just saw King Arthur
With many of his Knights
It really is so magical
The sounds that I can hear
I close my eyes and there she is
King Arthur’s Guinevere
They’re all here in the stillness
You only have to look
But don’t look through your human eyes
And forget you History book
This place is full of mysteries
And Merlin still lives on
He waved his wand so long ago
So the magic can go on
Come down to Tintagel
And stay in Camelot
Share with us the mysteries
Of which there is a lot
I’ll join you in the magic
And show you how to see
King Arthur and his mysteries
As we look out to see
