Student Examples of Computer Poems

You will notice that the student examples tend to contain quite a bit of color and graphics. No doubt this trend is because so many of our students are visual learners. However, I encourage my students to experiment with many different formats and layouts. You might want to do so as well.

This student (poet) used CorelDRAW9 and Wordart to create this poem. The layout here required the student to rotate and flip words as well as use color fill tools.

This one was also done on the computer but the student used a word processor program only.
