 Welcome to the Miniature Aircraft Society of Haywood. MASH is not a 'pay to fly' club. The club dues you pay are used to pay the land lease and operating costs of the club. As a MASH member you are expected to participate in other club related activities such as field maintenance, work days, fund raising, meetings, and all other non flying activities as much as possible.

All new members are subject to a thirty day probationary period before becoming a regular member. If the application is denied during this thirty day period, your dues will be refunded. If for some reason the application is denied after the thirty day probationary period your dues will not be refunded.

The MASH club rules and regulations are designed for the safety and enjoyment of the R/C hobby for all members, spectators, and field neighbors. The intentional breaking of these rules will not be tolerated and could result in a monetary fine, loss of flying privileges for a specified period of time, or expulsion from the club.

This application must be completed, signed and given to the club treasurer along with dues submission. When dues are received, the applicant will receive a receipt of dues submission from the treasurer. The treasurer will then number and sign this application and return a copy to the applicant. The original application will become part of the MASH club records and the copy will become part of the applicants records.

Any modifications to any club documents are presented as a motion at regular meetings and voted on by the members present. These motions may include changes to the constitution, rules, dues rate, and up coming activities. It is strongly suggested that members attend these meetings so they may have a voice in the direction of their club.

By signing below the applicant is stating that he/she has read and understands the above and has received a copy and/or has read and understands all rules and regulations of the Miniature Aircraft Society of Haywood pertaining to operating radio controlled aircraft at Pat Cole Memorial Field and will abide by all the rules and regulations of the Miniature Aircraft Society of Haywood.

By signing below, the applicant also states that he/she will not attempt to find any loop holes or attempt to misinterpret any documents of the Miniature Aircraft Society of Haywood in order to circumvent the intent of these documents.
