Will Young sales update part 126!
Pop Idol winner Will Young's debut single, Evergreen/Anything Is Possible has now sold over 650,000 copies in its first four days of release and is well on course to selling a million copies by the time the charts are revealed on Sunday.
HMV chart expert Gennaro Castaldo says: 'Will is on track to break through the one million sales barrier for first week sales. He's outselling the No 2 single from Shakira by 12:1'
Will's single will become the fastest-selling UK single of all time, ahead of Band Aid's Do They Know It's Christmas in 1984, which sold 750,000 copies and Elton John's tribute to Princess Diana, Candle In The Wind in 1997 which sold 658,000 copies in its first week.
