Chapter 15
Now it's 20 years later
It is the night night of Serena's and William's 20th wedding anniversary party. Trent and Jane are 19, Antony is 18 and Diana is 17. All of Serena's & William's families were there. It's now after the party and they are getting ready for bed.
"Honey I heard somehing tonight that I think you should know," William told her.
"What is it?" Serena asked.
"Well...." William started slowly.
"Yes?" Serena asked.
"They found out who it was," William blurted out at once.
"You mean the man that raped me?" she asked.
William nodded his head.
"Who is he? I mean do I know him?" Serena asked very quickly.
"Well he was a person I knew from Eton. Maybe you remember him, James? Well, it seems when he met you he became obsessed. He was at the club that night and when he saw me leave, I guess he decided it was time."
"Oh my god! How sick!" Serena said tearing up while going to hug William.
"Well, he was arrested, right?" she asked.
"Yeah, sweetie," he said.
"Oh, thank god," Serena said as she gave William a kiss. Serena slept peacefully for the first time in twenty years that night.
