Marjorie Layman

Marjorie Layman has been celebrating the arts of watercolor, acrylics, and oils for over 20 years. Inspired by her deep love and respect for nature, her paintings reflect the radiant spirit of her subjects, with a luminous aura of light, space, and depth.  Marjorie attended the University of New Hampshire and holds a BS in botany. She has studied painting at the Kaji Aso Studio, Institute for the Arts in Boston, MA, since 1986, where she is a member, trustee, and watercolor instructor.  Her work is shown regularly at the Gallery Nature and Temptation, located at the Kaji Aso Studio (www.kajiasostudio.com), and in various group shows around the Boston and greater New England area.  See more of Marjorie’s recent artwork at www.marjorielayman.com.
