Spirit speak to a person’s individual experience, serious study is required for accurate interpretation, teaching, and preaching. This study requires interpreting the Scriptures in terms of their literary format and historical context, and must also carefully consider relevant linguistic issues (for example, the four Greek words for our one English word, love).
