MOSES: Prophetic Patriarch
lLike the patriarchs,
Moses has a personal encounter with God at the burning bush (Exodus
3-4).
lLike the prophets who came later, Moses guides
the people in their walk with God.
lMoses leads the people,
after their delivery from bondage in Egypt, to build a Tabernacle,
also known as the Tent of Meeting, which is to be a physical
symbol of God’s presence among his people (Ex. 25:8).
