I have held technical and managerial roles and have been directly involved in many key ICT based projects in the NHS, Pharmaceutical Industry and more recently, the Legal/Advice Sector:

Implemented a radical re-structure of Legal and Advice services at the Citizens Advice Bureau, helping to double service output by incorporating ICT solutions.

Assisted in the development, testing and implementation of the first Electronic Management Information System to be deployed in the UK Pharmaceutical Industry.

Key training role in the first IT system to be deployed in a Hospital Pharmacy environment.

Elected to Professional Membership of the British Computer Society @ March 2005.

MSc in Information Technology Management at the University of Sunderland. My special area of interest is Business Process Restructure. Distinction gained in MSc Dissertation on Business Process Restructure.

HNC in Computing/Business IT at South Tyneside College. Distinction gained in final Business Applications Project, which encompassed the design and implementation of a Relational Database Management Information System for Citizens Advice in South Tyneside.
