| Mandy stared at the open novel on her bed. reading had always cleared her thoughts. But her mind was so full now, she didn't know if it could ever be emptyed. I can't beileve this has happened! Why did it happen to me? This is so horrible. I hope Danay killed him. There was a soft knocking on her door, and she groaned out loud, "Go away Kyle." When the knocking didn't stop, she walked over to the door and peered through the peephole. "V, thank God." She pulled the door open, and Veronica had her in a hug faster than lighening. "Mandy, are you okay? Tell me you're okay. I saw Kyle talking to Nikki, and neither one looked very happy." "V, I swear to you I'm fine. But what in the world were Kyle and Nikki talking about?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Oh come on Matt, that's ridiculous and you know it." "Jenny, you don't understand, she hates me!" "Along with everyone else in this hotel! Matt, what you did was stupid, horrible, not to mention selfish, nasty, hateful....." "Ok Jen, I get the point." "Well, I just though you might need to know that. Why don't you talk to her? Let her know your feelings?" "You know, that might be a good idea." "Did you see Kyle is here." Matt looked at her curiously, "What in the hell is he doing here? I though Mandy hated him?" Jenny smirked, "I guess not. So you might want to act fast." As Matt ran out of her room, Jenny shook her head, "The boy just doesn't get it. But he will. They all will." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nikki lay with her head on JC's chest, her eyes closed in a peaceful slumber. JC wasn't as lucky. He lay there watching her, and he smiled as she sighed peacefully. He loved seeing her so happy. "Are Mandy and Kyle coming out to eat with us tonight Josh?" Nikki asked as she put on her earrings. "You bet. God, they are so in love aren't they?" JC whispered as he kissed her cheek softly, letting his breath tickle her mouth in a teasing manner. "Remind you of anyone you know?" Nikki giggled, as she brushed his lips off her. "They do. But we better get going, or they might eat without us." Mandy and Kyle sat at the resteraunt, and they both stood up when Nikki and JC entered. The group was so close, and they knew each other like the backs of their hands. Kyle kissed Mandy softly and she returned it in the same manner. "JC?" Nikki whispered, "Are you okay, sweetie?" He looked down at his best friend, "You know it. Go back to sleep baby." He stroked her hair with his hands, and she drifted back off to sleep. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kyle watched as Matt ran towards Mandy's room. "Oh man, what is that guy doing? I thought he high-tailed it out of here?" He smirked as Matt knocked and knocked to no avail. "Looks like you're having the same luck I am buddy. Nice try." |
