road) prior to 7:00 am or the night before. Empty Garbage, Trash or Recycling containers should be

The speed limit in Windsor Place is 25 mph and is strictly
enforced by Belle Isle.
Don't park facing the
wrong direction.
Don't block any portion
of a sidewalk with a parked vehicle.
Don't park within 25 feet
of a fire hydrant or intersection.
Don't park with curbside
wheels more than 18 inches from the curb.
