An eGroups mailserver list has been established to provide a forum for wind energy experimenters. As stated elsewhere, this group focuses on noncommercial experimentation as opposed to providing home energy. We anticipate that students and experimenters will refer to this site to study wind energy basics and to implement them for their studies.
