What follows is a copy of our standard contract. We are a labor only subcontractor specializing in "Dry-In" of log home kits. This is used as a starting point, being customized to fit the requirements of a particular job.  The plans, construction contract and any attatched written specifications  are what form the legal bond between Homeowner and Contractor.  Make certain these documents are fully understood. Please note that a contract outlines what each party will and will not do.  Note that  this contract establishes a fixed price for a specific job yet allows the homeowner and contractor to modify the scope of work,as long as both agree, by using a Change Order Form. The contract should however be based on the final set of plans,this avoids changes and adjustments to the contract.
