| Plug the square footages from your plans into the quantity area. Multiply by unit price. Tally totals. Don't be offended if I or anyone else refuses to build for that price. Use this as a tool to play "what if". These are the areas I and most builders are looking at when making up a bid.This is by no means all the bidding variables but I have used it to generate 'thumbnail' bids. I'm hoping you will use this as another piece of information to help refine your design. |
