Membership Information

Who can join?

Basically, anyone and everyone is invited to join our group.  We are currently about 20 members strong and growing.  We welcome people and points of view from all walks of life and seek diversity in our group.

Why join?

If you are interested in giving some time, talent, and treasure back to your community you should join us.  We, as active members, feel we are very blessed in this world and want to give back to help others less fortunate.  We have many volunteer opportunities that are very flexible and can be tailored to any schedule.

Where and When?

We meet every Thursday for lunch at 12 noon at the Windy Hill Hilton located on Windy Hill Road just north of the I-75 & I-285 interchange.  Exit I-75 and go west on Windy Hill Road.  The Hilton is 1/4 mile on right.

How do I join?

For information about joining the Windy Hill Optimist Club, e-mail us at vjeffs@netzero.net and provide us your name, address, phone number so that we may contact you.  We'll get you more information and invite you to just drop by and join us for lunch as a guest.  And of course, there is no obligation expect your own inner obligation to help others.
