Falling Leaf - A beautiful reminder of fall

as gently as a falling leaf, this doll floats down. Her dress has
been hand-dyed in the brilliant colors of autumn. The edges have
been cut like the edge of a maple leaf and veins have been added.
Around her waist, a pattern of delicate gold web embroidery
secures the dress. Her face has been delicately and beautifully
repainted in the style of the season. Her red hair, with strands
of gold, is blowing in the wind as she falls. She is fully
posable and completely self-standing. Originally made for
Festifall 2000 on Jim Faraone's Fashion Doll Makeovers list.
