U.R. Star

Way, way up high,

In a far away distant sky,

There lived a bright little star,

Whose name most certainly was U.R.

Now U.R. was not like the other stars,

For his light shined farther than far.

And he was such a glamorous sight

To behold on any starry night.

He loved to dance & play

And be merry all through the day.

He always laughed & smiled,

As if not to see any of life's trials,

And he always sang a joyous song

All through the whole day long.

Now, the other stars would try with all their might

To make their lights shine as bright,

But their efforts always seemed to fail

And their lights just stayed dim & pail.

As their questions began to grow,

The answers were what they wanted to know!

So, three little stars all took to flight,

Across the beautiful star lit night.

For they knew just where to go,

To find the answers that they needed to know.

To Mrs. Moon, so full of wisdom,

She'd know just the right answers to give them.

Up ahead in the star lit night

They saw Mrs. Moon in a perfect dazzling flight,

Dancing & singing with such delight,

With her light shining brighter than bright.

Outshining every thing around

They noticed that she did not wear a frown.

She wore such a great big smile,

That reached for miles & miles!

In her heart she was happy as could be,

This they all could plainly see.

Then all at once they stopped & turned around,

The answer they needed, they had found.

What they had needed all the while,

Was as simple as a great big smile.

So they put on their smile with great delight

And now they too are shining just as bright....
