1/35 Fall of Malaya - CK Loo

Its basically a scene of the old Jalan Terus in JB. These were prewar shophouses which were unique with their decorated arch sidelanes leading to the old jetty. Managed to get photos of the shops before they were demolished a few years back and modelled the shops with card and balsa. The roof is corrugated card. The Chi-Ha is a Tamiya while the figures are a mix of Tamiya and Dragon. At one point in time I will rip out the base of this kit to put in a more realistic detail of that era with the roadside kerbs, drains, etc...Thanks for watching.  Click on Images for larger image
