What does it take to become a DJ? Well you see its quit simple, and no you don't need mass amounts of computer knowledge. All you have to do is send us an e-mail at wiredradio@rock.com with your AIM screename, your e-mail, name, age, location, and a little bio about you (note-I don't care to know what you did last summer [note-cause I already do] but I do care to know about your love affair with compters). Drew will promply i.m. you and interview you and check your "wortyness and dedication." If you fail I will laugh at you and call you a twinkie! If you pass then you will learn how to become a Wired Radio D.J.! Below are some basic requirements!Requirements to be a D.J. 1. Atleast age 15. 2. Has a cable internet connection (so I can show you my photos! Just kidding!) 3. Has a good understanding of computers. 4. Has a music collection consisting of all types of different genres (Preferably- Rock, Punk, Metal, but Rap/Country/Techno/and the stuff your grandmom listens to is all accepted, by the way someone to run a talk show will gain mucho bonus points!). 5. Is serious to being a D.J. and will stick to what you garentee, if this is broken you will get a warning the first time, and you will be taken off the air until futher notice the second time. 6. Lastly you gotta be a cool cat, I don't like uptight serious people when its not needed. Someone who can have a good laugh and play some good music is kicking! |
