Now for Tony's List

1)Unanswered Prayers- Garth Brooks
--Not in my top 20, would be in top 30. No argument from me.

2)Song of the South-
--Great song by Alabama.

3)What Was I Thinkin'- Bentley
--Way too damn new to be in a top list. The familiarity factor and still strong radio presence skews the quality.

4)American Soldier
--Good song, but again too new and will be forgotten in 10 years.

5)Friends in Low Places- Brooks
--Um....yes. A necessity in every list.

6)Louissy in a sat.Night
--I hope you know it is "Louisiana Saturday Night", good song that has hung around.

7)On the Road Again- Willie Nelson
--Good choice.

8)Dont Take The Girl-McGraw
--In my list...mentioned above.

9)Red Dirt Road- brooks &Dunn
--Too new.   You just like it because the guy in the song wants Mary.....oh low blow huh Tony?

10)I'm Already There
--Good song, but will probably never become a classic.

11)Time Marches On
Tony you just like it cause he says the line, "smokes a lot of dope"

12)The Gambler- Rogers
--Wow, not in my list....I am speechless. How'd I miss it?

13)We'll Remember When
--Good song...will probably become a classic, but all of Alan Jackson's songs can't be classics, so maybe it won't.

14)On the Dirt Road- Sawyer Brown
--Quality choice.

15)Red Rag Top
--Wow, I didn't even like this song when it was new. No way I'd rate it in my top 1500 even. Maybe in top 2500, but it would be a stretch.

16)Remember When- "A HO WAS A HO"
--Way too new, may lose favor with me when the novelty wears off.  Besides, the name of the song is “Back When”.

17)10 Rounds with Jose Quervo
--Great concert song...better drinkin' song, but for listening it is average. Probably 200-400 on my all time top list.

18)Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy
--The novelty has wore off on this one, and I feel violated by excessive radio play. At least I get some relief from their new song which may enter my top 250 in about a week. "Holy Water" in case your wondering what the song is.

At least you didn't list anything by SheDaisy or Gretchen Wilson. I tell ya, all the talk about being a redneck woman, and then no cowboy hat? What's up with that?   Don't get me started on SheDaisy either.  I've never heard anyone butcher a traditional Christmas song like this group.  You have to hear it to believe it, but after you hear it, you'll want to rip your ears off.
