Kneecap |
The knee must first be straight allowing the knee cap to float. You can kick on the front or on the side of the leg. The body will collapse and the uki will grab the knee causing him to go down |
Knee joint |
The knee must be straight. Kick or stomp the knee driving through the knee. This puts the knee in a direction it is not suppose to go. Uki will react as with the knee cap |

Foot will collapse into the strike |

Head will go forward, body will follow |

Kidney |
If you can hit the kidney right on with enough force, the person will drop to the floor |
Groin |
The person will squat down onto his knees his back will arch with head back exposing the throat. They will grab the groin and roll to the ground |
Bladder |
Striking the bladder will cause the immediate weakening of the person. The head will go down |
Back of knee |
Knee will buckle body will fall |
Tailbone |
If you break or crush this bone the person will not be able to walk or stand up without a lot of pain |
Jaw |
Strike the jaw where it here it connects to the rest of the skull. In front of the lower part of the ear. If the mouth is open, only 3to 4 pounds of pressure will break the jaw. |
Throat or Windpipe |
He will step back and turn his head towards the leg he stepped back with |

There is a nerve that starts under the ear and runs down the side of the neck. Using the forearm strike this nerve on the left side of the neck. Uki will bend away from the strike lifting his same side foot. He will stumble back and fall down |
Throat |
Uki will step back a full step. He will not rotate until he has fully stepped back. Striking the throat will cause the uki to choke which will decrease his will to fight |
Collarbone |
Striking down on the collarbone will cause the uki to stoop down to get away from the pain. The arm on that side will be hard to lift due to the pain. |
Elbow, Hand, Wrist |
Uki will pull area away from pain and step back |
Solar Plexus |
A strike here will cause the uki to bend straight forward and bring his head down (step to side with the strike so you do not get hit with his head on the way down) |
Stomach |
Body will bend forward hands will come up to hold stomach |
Thigh muscle |
Muscle will cramp making it hard to stand |
Bicep muscle |
A strike to this area keeps the arm from being able to strike out and will keep the arm from lifting. It will also straighten out the arm |
Shin, instep, toes |
very painful. Body will react to pain and try to get away |
