It should not be taken daily and no more than 3 weeks even with interruptions. Juice should not be taken undiluted, because it can produce inflammations in the throat and stomach. Some doctors caution against use during pregnancy. PREPERATION AND DOSAGE Watercress must be used fresh. INFUSION Use one teaspoon young soota in one half cup of water. Take one half cup freshly made three times daily. To maintain the greatest possible vitamin content, do not steep a long time or boil. JUICE One teaspoon in milk or water, three times daily Fresh watercress juice can be obtained with an electric vegetable juicer.
