EOSTRE

Eostre, sound a bit familiar?
That is because this Anglo Saxon Goddess, has a sabbat
named after her, Ostara, and the Christian holiday of Easter.
One of her legends contributes to the beginnings
of our Easter Bunny.
She was introduced to the Celts when the Saxon's invaded
Britain and brought this Sabbat goddess with them.

Eostre is a goddess of Spring, new beginnings,
rebirth and fertility.
"Estrus" which means "fertile period" is the word
for animal menustration which is associated with her name.

Call upon Eostre to help you with fertility
matters concerning pets and animals
the Great Rite, and Ostara rituals.
