Meditation
There are many ways to meditate. The following is probably one the simplest.
Find a quiet place...free from distractions...
Adjust the lighting and room temperature...
Ajust clothing...footwear...eyeglasses...
Sit or lie down...
Find a position that is comfortable for you...
Quiet your mind... still your thoughts...
Relax your body...
Your face...your jaw...relaxing...
Your shoulders...your neck...relaxed...
Your arms...your hands...feel at peace...
Your torso...your hips...letting go...
Your legs...your feet...totally relaxed...
Focus on your breathing
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose...
Retain the breath as long as it is comfortable...
Exhale through the mouth slowly and completely...
Repeat for two more breaths...or as it is comfortable...
You are walking in a beautiful field that goes on and on as far as you can see...
The flowers are fresh and flow gently in the breeze...Their fragrance enchanting...
A river flows gently over white stones as you listen to its sounds...
See yourself walking peacefully through the field...
In the distance you see a form coming closer to you...
It is your spirit guide...
You look deeply at him/her...
He/she extends their hand bidding you to join them on an adventure in another realm...
You take their hand in yours...
The connection is instantaneos...
Your heart chakra bursts open with love...
Your soul recognition...
They have come to take you on a sacred journey...into awareness, light, and unconditional love...
