When you work a spell, you must be as specific as it is possible to be. The spells wotk better if in rhyme. Create a rhyme of your own to each spell, and remember to end EVERY spell saying:

You can ask for your Guardian Angel for help if you want. And to seal the spell you have to say what you want in present time, as you have already achieved it.

You may ground your energy in two ways : Either place both hands on the ground and feel the energy drain into Mother Earth, or imagine your energy as a force field around you, and quietly step back out of the skeleton of energy and watch it collapse in upon itself and melt into the ground.
