Bronchitis and the weather...

This is give and take.  Some people have attacks if they are too hot, others if it is too cold.  The only advice I can give you here is to listen to your body and determine which climate is best for you.

Changes in the seasons and allergies can also trigger bronchitis attacks.  To prevent this, build up your body's immune system with Echinacea or another immune stimulating herb.  If you use these, don't use them continuously. Go five days on and two days for a month and then rest for two weeks.
