CHILDREN: Halve the stated dose for children under 5 ~ always keep essential oils out of the reach of children. FRAIL OR ELDERLY: Halve the stated dose. BATHING: If using essential oils neat in the bath it should be noted that you must be careful not to let the droplets come into direct contact with the skin ~ agitate the water well to disperse the oils ~ some oils may sting when in contact with the skin. Dilution may be made with vegetable oil or milk. EYES: Keep all essential oils away from eyes.
