Steam Inhalation for Coughs and Colds

Heat a kettle of water to boiling.
Meanwhile, in a medium sized glass bowl
combine the following:
Six drops eucalyptus essential oil
Four drops lemon essential oil
Three drops tea tree oil
Two drops peppermint oil

Carefully add the hot water to the bowl
until it is about one-quarter full.
As the aromatic steam arises from the bowl,
create an inhalation "tent" for yourself
with a large towel over your head.
Be very careful not to spill the bowl of hot water.
Keep your eyes closed as you breathe
deeply and allow the vapors to ease the congestion.
