Local History

           Shortly after the cities controlling vampires changed hands the essence of the Wyrm in the city made there own move. While the Garou watched quietly as the vampires struggled agents of Pentex moved into place. They waited until the Garou were settling into their daily retinue when they pounced late in the night. The attack was set as a military exercise. One of the main unites used was a Mercenary unit known as The Dead Man's Hand. Supplemented with several Army Special forces units who believed they were raiding a major drug processing plant. 

    They had orders to kill on site as everyone was considered hostile and extremely dangerous. The fight last 4 hours.. Dead Man's Hand was in for the final clean up and all was secure. 

    Afterwards as member of Pentex moved in to try and tap the Caerns Power they found much to their dismay that the Caern was closed. The Garou were caught unaware of this attack but not un prepared. The Totem was dismissed and the Caern closed as soon as the fighting started. It left Pentex with little more then a few captured Garou and some new land to developed soon as they papers could be processed.
