1) Any references outside of the manga history are NOT allowed.
3) All posts will be in third person and in the past tense. Do not post in first person. It can be extremely confusing, and frustrating to have everyone post in a different tense. Also, it is understood how hard it is for some people to stay in past tense, but please try. Just replace the 's' with 'ed' and it should work!
4) If you cannot participate in the RPG for any reason (vacation, e-mail down, etc.) please notify the GM in advance at the RPG e-mail.
5) Your character is not a god. (Kami-sama is a god.) They are not immortal, and they can get hurt.
7) Under no circumstances will there be any type of chainletter sent to the listbot or the RPG e-mail account. The first time this rule is violated, the person will be immedeatly taken out of the RPG, and their character will be posted as available. AIM is not going away, forwarding an e-mail to 25 people will not improve my luck, lovelife, income, help a starving child, and no one is going to hold an e-mail petition up in a court of law in the US. This RPG will not tolerate any type of letters to the list that do not pertain to the RPG.
8) Teleportation is a very evil thing. You cannot just teleport to the enemies hideout, or directly infront of the enemy. I can only see this as being a way of transportation between the planets, but could you maybe restrain it to a teleportation room or system?
9) On the same note, telepathy is weird. If you want to talk to someone else without the RPG being aware of it, send them a private e-mail. If you do use telepathy in a regular post, please, PLEASE make sure it is clear that it is a telepathic message!
10) You can have relationships with almost anyone you want as long as the feelings are mutual. Crushs can be one sided, but no stalking. It gets annoying.
11) If you have a problem with any person in the RPG let the GM know immedeatly! If the problem is IC or OOC, there will not be any player bothering the other players.
12) HAVE FUN!!! This is supposed to be a hobby-type-thing! So enjoy it! Everyone has their bad days, their good days, and their in-between days. Make the most out of this RPG and it will last a long time. ^.^ See ya!
~This RPG is based strictly on the Japanese manga version of Bishôujo Senshi Sailor Moon, not the Mixx translation. Also, please do not refer to anything from the Japanese anime or the DiC/Cloverway dub.
~Use the names and terms from the Japanese manga only. Keep names in the traditional Japanese standard using last/given name first. Ex: Kaioh Michiru, Meioh Setsuna, Tennoh Haruka, etc.
2) Calling ANY of the senshi by the dreaded word of "scout" will result in suspension from the RPG. The word "senshi" or "soldier(s)" will be used. "Scout" is an eeeevil word and will not be used in this RPG under any circumstances.~If the GM is notified and has enough time, another player will be assigned your character until your return.
~If the GM is notified and does not have enough time, your player will be put on "vacation" if possible.
~If you do not post in 24 hours when your character is active in the RPG, and do not inform anyone that you are unable to post, the GM or another player will take over your character until you return. If you don't return within a week or notify someone of the circumstances, your character will be posted as available and the RPG will start recieving new applications.
~Please, when in battle, play fair! Make things realistic. Saying you are fast enough to block every attack is very unbelievable. If you are attacked while you are not paying attention, it is almost a given that you will be hit.
~This RPG is rated PG-13/R for a purpose. So show blood! Break your arm! But please keep it to a stomachable level. ^.^
6) Also, you cannot dictate someone elses injuries. You can say that you attack them and you feel that they cannot escape it, but let the person you are attacking decide what happens to their character.**If the peson does not respond to the attack within 24 hours without reason, the GM has the right to take over the persons character until they return. This will hopefully keep the RPG from dragging too much.**
~You cannot -kill- anyone without their permission! This should go without explaination.
~Moding is also discouraged. You cannot speak, move, or write thoughts for another character without their permission.
~You can't put thoughts into people heads, or read minds. The only ones I could see as coming close to having a power like that would be Neo Queen Serenity, King Endymion and Sailor Mars. But... I'll leave that to your descretion. Please make a good descision.
~The King and Queen -aren't- going to cheat on each other, so don't even try. The same with Haruka and Michiru. I am a strong supporter of their relationship and if you can't handle it, do not join this RPG.
~Kissing, touching, and flirting are acceptable, but let's keep this hentai free. You can elude to more, but if you want to read hentai, go somewhere else.
