This is another subject I have read about and it sort of plays off movie vs. book Arwen. Luthien Tinuviel was the foremother of Arwen and made the choice of mortality before are heroine did. Arwen is basically left in the shadow because she was not the first to make this heart renching choice. If you have read the books there are BIG differences between the two and the only way you can even tell they are related is by their looks. Luthien and Arwen are two very very different people as one is a woman who would go out with the one she loves and destroy anything in her way when Arwen stays in the land she loves sending out her hope and love to Aragorn to give him strength. They are very different just by this... Well this is all I have to say now tell me what is your opinion?
