After a day of spiritual clarity, I found myself waking up thirty minutes late for a major exam, and feeling rotten. After emailing my professor however, I found myself with a second chance to take the exam. It's pretty cool how God can step in and change a situation around just when you're exhausted and have lost all your energy.
After everything else today, I got together with one of my old bands and practiced, in preperation of a recording session this weekend, for the heck of it. Truth be told, the practice was actually kind of enjoyable.
I finished my second book by Donald Miller today, Through Painted Deserts. I find it very encouraging and heartening to know that alot of Christians have doubts similar to mine, and knowing that God can squash doubt as if it never existed in the first place.
The main worry on my mind right now is the issue of money. From my recent ticket to the issue of paying for my enrollment fee at CIU, money is getting tight for me, and I am honestly worried about it. The most wonderful thing is, however, that no matter how worried I am, I am more content, simply because I know that no matter what happens, God's plan will be done with this, just like everything else.
Contentment is a wonderful thing.
