| Teachers in Peru are very poorly paid and do not always show up to teach the students. This boy was hanging around outside the school waiting. in vain, for the teacher to appear. He is very poorly dressed in oversized clothes and although he is wearing a warm sweater his feet show in the sandals that are made from used tires. |
