Flanoir Flanoir is the Snowy City, situated near the Temple of Ice so Celsius can make it snow and stuff. Apparently they don't have north and south poles in Tethe'alla. Well, no RPG world does, so we'll let that slide. A famous doctor lives there, and people come a long way to get his aid. They also have a snow-sculpture contest, which I find amusing for some reason. It looks like a northern European city, basically, with maybe some Russian elements thrown in. And it's, um, snowy. Yeah.
