Hogwarts - Beasts

Magical Creatures

Basilisk - The creature from the Chamber of Secrets. Has a deadly stare. It is killed by the crow of a rooster.

Boggart - A shape-shifter that turns into whatever scares you the most.

Blast Ended Skrewts - They start of as really small lobster-like creatures with pincers and sharp pointy tails. Then they grow to six feet or more.

Cornish Pixies - They are several inches tall, but they mutilate and destroy everything in sight.

Centaurs - Live in the forest and believe that the stars tell the future. Are half-man, half-horse.

Dementors - The guards of Azkaban. They suck every happy moment out of you and can give you the Dementor's Kiss; it sucks out you soul.

Dragons - Huge fire-breathing scaly-backed reptiles that are extremely dangerous.

Flobberworms - Supposedly the most boring creatures in exsistence. They are little worms with no teeth that can mostly fend for themselves.

Goblins - Small green leather-skinned creatures that guard Gringotts.

Giants - Huge twenty-foot tall vicious killers that were banished to the mountains.

Grindylows - Small scaly water demons that live in the lake.

Gnomes - Little pests that get in your garden. Are removed by flinging them as far as you can.

Hag - Crabby magical old geezer (I think)

Hinkpunks - Live in swamps and give misleading directions.

Hippogriff - Half-eagle, half-horse. They can fly and are very smart, so they must be treated with respect.

Kelpies - Live in wells.

Nifflers - Let them loose and they dig down and find treasure.

Owls - The wizard mail system. The owls can deliver messages anywhere.

Redcaps - Not much information.

Spiders - Some spiders are big as elephants and live in the Forbidden Forest.

Trolls - Huge stupid creatures with bloodlust.

Unicorns - A beautiful, magical, harmless white horse with a horn on it's nose.

Vampires - Bloodsucking creatures that look like humans (I'm predicting you know what a vampire is).

Werewolf - Once bitten by a werewolf you are condemned to become a werewolf on full moons.
