Potter Lovers Unite!

Many people like Harry Potter. These books are a way for
readers to leave the presant and travel to a place that
may not even exsist, yet when the talented author Joanne
Kathleen Rowling writes, you can imagine yourself there
at once. I for one, love to curl up on my bed with a cup
of hot cocoa and read them. In this way, I can feel Harry's
anger at Malfoy, and his fascination with Cho Chang. I can
walk around the fields of Hogwarts within my mind and learn
interseting facts in the classes, all while sitting in one
place. I have often wished that I would someday recieve
a yellow letter addressed to me in green ink, telling me
I have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Wizardry and
Witchcraft. Many readers, I am sure, feel this way also.
It is simply a way to escape the problems of current life
and read about the awesome adventures of Harry, Hermione,
and Ron.. I often wish that there were an unlimited supply
of these books, but J.K Rowling is a person just like us,
and she needs time to express her feelings and travel back
in time, or to the future, or just to a different place,
so she can begin to feel her hand move and flow with words.
I am a writer also, and I ahve experinaced that flow of
writing and ideas many times. I would like to make my own
Harry Potter website, but I don't have the knowledge. or
technology. A lot of people think that J.K Rowling is a
witch herself,. and that she just produces these stories
with a wave of her wand, and that she once attended Hogwarts.
Maybe she did. There is no way to know, for do you think
that she would actually tell us if she was?
Strange
Occurances At Little Hangleton

Reports have been coming in now from various feild units
in Hogsmede and Little Hangleton about strange occurences.
Unknown to the citizens of these villages there have been
powerful magic resentating from both the small villages.
The Department of Mystrys despatched officials there the
other day disguised as normal citizens on a vaction.
The Little Hangleton occurences occured 3 times once last
week during the "Founders Day Festival" the 2nd
was at night when the Little Hangletons were all in the
Hanged Man (the Village Pub) and the last time was last
night. No one has yet explained these weird phenomina but
many believe it to be liked with the Hogsmede occurence.
All Three of the Hogsmede occurences happedend two days
ago. The phenomina coming from Hogsmede is less powerful
but nevertheless a lot more interesting becuase if it is
He-who-must-not-be-named then why would he take such a risk
in a village full of Wizards. The Little Hangleton phenomina
is also believed to be linked with You Know Who. This still
has to be proven.
Macnair
in Disgrace

Yet another disastrous day at the Ministry of Magic. Macnair
the Executioner who destroys dangerous magical creatures
for the Ministry was caught torturing a Manticore to death.
He insists that the Manticore was next on his extermination
list so he was just ‘having a bit of fun’ before
he killed it.
A lot of ministry witches and wizards, Fudge included, are
appalled by this display of cruelty. ‘True, it had
rampaged a little witch, but that was absolutely no reason
to perform those – those *things* he did to it’
Fanny Fruyth, Ministry of Magic witch says in disgust. Many
of the wizarding community have similar views to Fanny so
it is almost certain that Fudge will give Macnair the sack.
However, others agree with Macnair’s view. ‘Heavens,
it was a dangerous, dangerous creature that ruined the lives
of that little girl and her family! It deserves to die and
the torture was what it deserved too. It had no one to blame
except itself’ Merilyn Gromch says. Fudge will have
a week to make his decision.
AA Meeting a success

The latest meeting of alohomora anonymous was a complete
success says Maretta Jimbovi, co-ordinator of the group.
'At the beginning of the year' she says 'some of them were
opeining things all the time - books, doors, windows anything!,
but now they've managed to control themselves - some even
use door handles and locks and keys now!'
POTTER AND WEASLEY--GOOD
WIZARDS GOING BAD?

I am sure we all remember well young Harry
Potter and Ronald Weasley in their Hogwarts days. They were
normal teenage boys who were only trying to stay alive and
have fun. We all cheered at their weddings--Potter to Ms.
Ginny Weasley, Ronald Weasley to Ms. Hermione Granger. But
now, it seems, they are slacking in their roles as Aurors-in-training
and husbands.
Yours truly witnessed a disgusting display of drunkeness
in these two characters a few nights ago in the famous Three
Broomsticks Thread. As we all know, Aurors are forbidden
alcohol while training, and this could very well disqualify
them from the promising program. (It will probably really
get them in trouble now that I've PUBLISHED it, but ah well)
In addition, Potter allows his wife, who is pregnant, to
drink the occasional glass of wine. And Weasley seems to
take his injuries from training as a joke. In our hearts,
we know that this cannot continue. STAND UP AND SHOW THEM
WHAT THE RIGHT APPROACH IS!!
