Jose

Believe it or not, Jose is not a child!  He is a genetically identical clone of VonReichter, and is actually in his thirties.  VonReichter limited his physical aging to prevent him from posing a threat to his control.  Jose resents this!  The power struggle between Jose and his "daddy" is the reason Jose wants to capture Cybersix soooooo badly!  Using tricks worthy of Wile E. Coyote, he tries to trap and capture Cybersix, but in the end he is always left running to his dad!
