Julian

Julian is a street rat in Meridiana.  He makes ends meet however he can, be it picking pockets or doing card trick and string fiqures for change.  He has a fiery spirit, and he always has a nose for trouble.  His good nature and honesty, however, make him a loyal friend ro Cybersix.  He has come to Cybersix's rescue many times, but usually only ends up in trouble himself!
